The purpose of our strategic plan is to guide the direction and the priorities of the UPEISU over the next three years by envisioning the future and creating it. Historically, the SU had written one-year strategic plans which took effect in January and concluded in December.
In 2014-15, the UPEISU drafted its first three-year strategic plan to provide direction and strategic consistency over an extended period of time. A three-year term has likewise been adopted in our current plan to provide more time and flexibility to tackle bigger goals as well as more time to measure and reflect on our successes and failures.
