Clubs and societies may apply to operate during the UPEISU-hosted wet/dry stations (s). These are intended to be fundraising opportunities for their respective clubs/societies. Forms for Coat Check/Hydration Stations must be submitted no later than one week before the event.

This Room Booking Form will be reviewed by the VP Student Life, The UPEISU Operations Manager and the UPEISU GM to assess the level of risk associated with your proposed event. If the risk level is deemed acceptable, your room will be booked.
This Event Risk Management Form will be reviewed by the VP Student Life to assess the level of risk associated with your proposed event. If the level of risk is deemed acceptable, your event will be approved and covered under the insurance of the Student Union.
