Clubs and societies may apply to operate during the UPEISU-hosted wet/dry stations (s). These are intended to be fundraising opportunities for their respective clubs/societies. Forms for Coat Check/Hydration Stations must be submitted no later than one week before the event.

Society Operating Budget Template
This Event Management Form will be reviewed by the UPEISU VP Student Life, General Manager and Operations Manager to assess your proposed event. If the event is deemed acceptable from a risk management perspective and falls within our bylaws, your event will be approved. This will allow you to advertise and host your event and get insured. This form also includes a room/table booking, if necessary for your event. This form must be filled out at least two weeks in advance.
